FLM (Fellow of Leo Multiple) and PFLM (Progressive Fellow of Leo Multiple) is a novel concept intended to aid the Leo Movement and enable the country's next generation of leaders to reach out and serve the community to the fullest extent imaginable. FLM and PFLM would tremendously benefit Leos and boost their service efforts significantly.

The funds collected via FLM and PFLM will be utilized to provide Leo Clubs, Leo Districts and Leo Multiple District with the following grants:

• Infrastructure Grant This grant is provided only for an infrastructure development project done for the betterment of the Leos.
• Service Grant This grant is provided to projects that focus primarliy on the Lions Club International Global Service Challenges; Diabetes, Environment, Hunger, Vision and Paediatric Cancer project.
• Leadership Grant This grant is provided to projects such as Leadership Symposiums, Leo Youth Camps and other large-scale projects that are organized to enhance leadership skills of Leos.
